Hyllade Stockholmsbaserade retrorockarna Spiral Skies är en rockester om fem personer, frontad av karismatiska Frida Eurenius vars vokalregister blivit jämfört med Grace Slick och Kate Bush. Musiken beskrivs som ”On other planet´s kinda Rock” och är en blandning av heavy metal, doom, folk och fuzz i en mustig stuvning som smakar bäst live!
I mars 2022 släppte bandet sin andra fullängdare ”Death Is But A Door” inspelad i Studio Ryssviken (LUCIFER, Tribulation, Dead Lord mfl) och singlarna ”While the devil is asleep” och ”Somewhere in the dark” har fått fint mottagande på grund av det som bandet är kända för; en blandning av dynamik, melankoli och explosivitet!
Spiral Skies har trollbundit sin publik och lyssnare sedan 2015 och släppte det efterlängtade albumet ”Blues for a dying planet” 2018. Sedan dess har bandet turnerat runt i Europa och öppnat för storheter såsom High on Fire, Orange Goblin, Truckfighters och Coven mfl samt spelat på Sweden Rock Festival som ett av Sveriges mest lovande band. 2023 spelade Spiral Skies på Gefle Metal Festival och Muskelrock.

Acclaimed Stockholm-based retro rockers Spiral Skies is a five-piece rock ester, fronted by the charismatic Frida Eurenius, whose vocal range has been compared to Grace Slick and Kate Bush. The music is described as ”On other planet’s kinda Rock” and is a mixture of heavy metal, doom, folk and fuzz in a musty stew that tastes best live!
In March 2022, the band released their second full-length ”Death Is But A Door” recorded in Studio Ryssviken (LUCIFER, Tribulation, Dead Lord etc.) and the singles ”While the devil is asleep” and ”Somewhere in the dark” have been well received due to of what the band is known for; a mix of dynamism, melancholy and explosiveness!
Spiral Skies has been enthralling its audience and listeners since 2015 and released the long-awaited album ”Blues for a dying planet” in 2018.
